一种红外图像采集与校正系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 为实时获取高质量的红外图像,设计了一种基于DSP和USB2.0接口的红外图像实时采集与校正系统。利用EZ-USB FX2作为USB2.0接口芯片,实时采集探测器输出的原始图像数据。同时利用高性能浮点处理器TMS320C6713B实现高精度的非均匀性校正及对比度增强,以便于在监视器上实时察看校正效果。采集过程中数据格式的转换及时序控制皆由FP-GA实现,提高了系统的灵活性和可靠性。实验结果表明该系统能够满足数据采集实时性和准确性的要求。 An infrared image acquisition and non-uniformity correction system based on DSP and USB2.0 is designed to acquire real-time IR image of high quality. The original images detected by the IRFPA are collected in real time with EZ-USB FX2 as the USB2.0 interface chip. In addition, high- precision non-uniformity correction and contrast enhancement are achieved by high-performance floating processor TMS320C6"713B so as to display the correction result on the monitor in real time. Data format conversion and timing control during acquisition process are implemented by FPGA,which improves the flexibility and reliability of the system. The experiment results indicate that this system can satisfy the requirements of real-time acquisition and high accuracy.
