摘要
以毛蚶全脏器为原料,分离提取糖胺聚糖(SSG),经分级纯化得到三个主要级分,对其理化性质及其对小鼠免疫脏器的影响进行初步探讨。成分分析表明:三个主要级分组成均主要以氨基己糖为主,含有己糖醛酸、硫酸基;红外光谱显示纯化毛蚶SSG的三个级分均含有糖胺聚糖的特征基团。动物实验表明毛蚶糖胺聚糖SSG对正常小鼠的生长无明显的不良作用,SSG低、中、高剂量组(50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg)均可显著提高正常小鼠和免疫低下小鼠胸腺、脾指数。
Three main fractions of the glycosaminoglycan isolated from Area Suhcrenate Lisehke (SSG) was fractionalized and purified in these assay, and the physico-chemical property of SSG and its effects on immune organs of Mice were studied. Results showed that the main structure of SSG and its three fractions were aminohexose, and the hexuronic acid and sulfate group were also found. The infi-ared spectrum results showed that SSG and its three fractions contained the characteristic group of glycosaminoglycan. The animal experiments showed that SSG had no harmful side effects on the growth of normal mice. Low, middle and high doses of SSG (50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg) can promoted evidently the thymus index and spleen index of normal mice or immunosuppression mice induced by Cyclophosphamide.
