摘要
现代远程开放教育的宗旨是为每一个社会成员的自主学习、终身发展提供有效的支持服务。以这个宗旨为基础,从多维的视角,对制约远程教育质量的多因素进行合理分析,构建现代远程开放教育的法学专业质量保证体系,是科学发展观引领下的教育发展中人本与和谐的价值体现。
The objective of Modem Open and Distance Education is to provide effective support service for every social member＇s autonomous learning and life- long development. The author also analyses the factors, which restrict distance education＇s quality with reason and from different perspective. To construct the quality assurance system of the teaching of law in distance education is the value representation of human - oriented and harmony in education development led by the scientific development viewpoint.
