摘要
针对我区少数民族非物质文化遗产被淡化甚至消亡的现状,应在国家相关立法不断完善中,进行相关地方立法,建立公法与私法保护并行的多元化的法律保护体系。
In view of the present condition of minority nationality non - material culture heritage being desalinated and even disintegrated in Inner Mongolia, local legislation should be formulated in accordance with improvement in national legislation so as to constitute a plural legal protective system implementing public law protection and private law protection concurrently.
