摘要
目的:总结经导管药物灌注治疗慢性骨髓炎的经验与疗效评价。方法:经动脉穿刺置管于病变供血动脉主干内。采用微量泵经导管注入抗生素,术前行感染菌药敏试验,且药量与全身相当,每12h一次,间歇期适当应用扩血管药与疏通微循环药,置管时间3～9d。结果:22例中9例治疗后症状明显改善,成功手术;12例症状消失出院;1例截肢,近期有效率达95.5%。结论:经导管药物灌注治疗慢性骨髓炎方法简单、实用、疗效可靠。
Objective ：To evaluate the curative effect of interventional therapy of chronic osteomyelitis.Methods ：The antibiotic was chosen by medicinal sensitive test before operation. In the operation, a catheter was set in the artery that provides blood for disease site and kept at the optimal position under the help of angiography. The antibiotic was pumped into the disease site through the catheter with a mini-pump at the dosage of whole body, one time every 12 h, and certain dose of vasodilators were given during the interval. Results：Among 22 eases,9 were improved obviously,12 were discharged after their symptoms disappeared, and one was amputated. The general effective rate was 95.9%. Conclusion：It＇s a safe, simple, and reliable method to inject antibiotic through catheters in treating chronic osteomyelitis.
