摘要
目的:探索妇消宁泡腾栓制备的最佳基质处方及质量控制标准。方法:以pH值为指标采用正交试验法对妇消宁泡腾栓的处方进行优化;薄层色谱法对制剂中的青黛、黄柏进行定性鉴别。结果:优化处方以0.43g酒石酸、0.16g碳酸氢钠、2.00g药物混合为最佳用量比,与基质S40制栓。结论:制剂稳定,质量控制方法简便、准确。
Objective:To optimized the formula for the fuxiaoning effervescent suppository and establish its quality control standard. Methods:The formula of the fuxiaoning effervescent suppository was optimized by ortyogonal experiment with pH as index.Indigo Naturalis,Cortex Phellodendri were identified by TLC. Results:The optimized formula was as follows:The used level ratio of tartaric acid,baking soda and medica powder were 0.43,0.16,2.00 g and prepared were S40. Conclusion: The preparation is stationary and the quality control method were convenient and accurate.
