摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。方法:HPLC法,Llchrospher100RP-C18(125mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.067mol/L KH2PO4,用磷酸调pH值4.0(650∶350)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长210nm。结果:克拉霉素在辅料中的回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.95%。结论:方法简单、快速,适用于测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。
Objective：To determine clarithromycin in Clarithromycin controlled release tablets by HPLC. Methods：Llchrospher 100 RP-CIs （125mm×4.6mm,5μm）,the mobile phase （650：350, pH=4.0） was consisted of solution of methanol and 0.067 mol/L KH2P04 solution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection was set at 210 nm. Results：Recovery rate was 100.4%,RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion：The method was simple and rapid.h can be applied to determine the Clarithromycin in controlled release tablets.
