摘要
在"三一制"教学模式中,传统的大学生管理方法难以有效管理这些仅仅在校学习一年的学生,如果在第一学年未建立有效的管理体制,以后两学年更难以达到有效管理。实践证明,如果能够在第一学年充分了解学生情况,建立有效的分支管理模式,提高学生综合素质,培养学生的自我管理能力,建立畅通的信息交换渠道,不仅可以在很大程度上提高第一学年学生管理效率,也可为后两学年学生管理奠定良好的基础。
In the "Three One" teaching model, we can not get effective management using traditional manage method in the students who studying in school for only one year, and if we can not get effective management in them in the first studying year,we can not get it in the second and third year. The practice has proved that if we investigate the students fully in the first year when they get in school and establish effective branch manngement model, improve the quality of the students, cultivate the college students' self- management ability, establish a smooth information exchange channel, we will not only get effective management in the first year,but also lay good foundation for the second and third year.
