摘要
新课程改革的不断深入对英语教师教育提出新的要求,在此过程中通过反思,发现民族地区教师教育中存在的问题,探讨解决问题的方法、途径,寻找有效的教师教育模式,为新课程改革的发展奠定基础。
The new course reforms bring forward the new requests to English teachers' education, the purpose of the paper is to rethink what we did in the reforms in order to find out some problems in the ethnic regions as well as explore some ways and useful models to solve the problems and lay the solid foundation for the development of the reform.
