我国经济增长与就业增长率下降的实证分析 被引量：2

摘要 改革开放以来,我国经济处于飞速发展阶段,但经济发展并没有创造大量的就业岗位,反而出现了经济增长与就业变动之间的非一致现象。采用1978-2005年宏观经济数据,对我国经济增长与就业变动之间呈现出的非一致现象进行了实证分析,提出通过优化产业结构、树立经济增长和就业增长并重的发展观,从而实现就业量的增加。
