摘要
针对目前计算机不能对固体火箭发动机尾焰产生的烧蚀效果进行仿真的现状,对扩压器常用材料16Mn钢板进行烧蚀试验。结合试验情况,对沟槽及不连续凹坑的产生机理及Al2O3粒子的影响进行分析,并得出16Mn钢板在此试验条件下的烧蚀率。
At present, it can't make use of calculator to imitate the ablation of launches machine in solid rocket.The article introduces the normal 16 Mn steel plate of press machine to carry on ablating.It analyzes the mechanism of the groove and the cave which not in a row.It elaborates the influence of the Al2O3 grain and get ablation rate of 16Mn' steel plate under experiment conditions.
