摘要
针对蓄热式加热炉因为快切阀故障频繁影响生产的问题,在保证安全、效率、减少事故时间的前提下,将快切阀在机械卡位时甩掉,不参与换向控制,取得了节省能源、提高加热炉利用率的满意效果。
The fast shut off valve on the regenerator furnace often have fault, and that fault will affect the production. This article introduces how to solve this problem in safety and efficiency conditions in order to reduce the accident time. In the new design we take out the fast shut off valve at the machine lock, let the fast shut off valve drop out of the transposition control. SO this method save the energy sources and improve the using frequency to the furnace.
