摘要
在尺度参数为α、形状参数为β的条件下,给出了Weibull分布场合下无失效数据的一种推断方法,并对一组无失效数据进行了统计分析.该方法根据指数分布函数的凸性性质,给出了各检测时刻失效概率pi(i=1,2,…,m)的相互关系,作为先验信息,得到pi的Bayes估计,进而给出母体参数的估计及可靠性指标.
Gives a method to deduce zero-failure data in Weibull distribution, with α as scale parameter and β as shape parameter, and analyzes one group of zero-failure statistically. According to the convexity property of index distribution function, the method shows the relationship of fail-probability pi (i = 1,2,…, m) at different time, as priori information to obtain the Bayesian estimation about pi. Further, presents the estimation about population parameters and mark of reliability.
