摘要
集中与扩散的对立统一是引导产业有机集聚的理论基础。合理的空间集聚有利于促进产业的集群化发展和土地的集约化利用。文章结合深圳宝安区在工业快速发展过程中面临着土地资源紧张、环境恶化、城市用地功能结构失衡等诸多问题,提出了基于工业园区整合的产业空间重构思路,构建了"三轴五片二十四园"的产业布局结构,阐述了空间整合中亟待解决的核心问题,并提出推动园区整合的若干实施建议。
The antinomy and unification of concentrating and diffusing is theoretic base of leading industrial logical convergence. And reasonable spatial convergence is propitious to accelerating industrial centralizing development and land intensivism using. The problem of land resource shorting, environment worsening and urban praedial structure unbalancing ere is analyzed in the paper, we bring forward the idea of industrial spatial newly constructing base on the industrial area conformity, and build the industrial layout structure of ＂three axes, five section and twenty four industrial area＂, and expatiate the core question of needing and resolving spatial conformity, and put forward some implementing advice for the industrial area conformity.
