摘要
现代社会的技术负效应对人类的危害不断加大,已经威胁到人类的生存和发展。对此,许多学者提出了各种控制技术负效应的思想。虽有一定的价值,但不能很好地解决技术负效应问题。本文认为,要想更好地克服技术负效应,需要对各种技术控制方式进行整合,通过揭示各种技术控制形式的关联性,构建控制技术负效应的机制,发挥技术控制的整体功能。
The harm to the humanity is getting more and more serious, which results from the technical negative effect in modern society. And it has already threatened humanity＇s survival and the development. In order to solve this problem, many scholars have proposed many kinds of thought on controlling technology negative effect. Although these thoughts have certain value, they cannot solve the problem well. In order to reduce the negative effect well, we need to integrate each technical control way. By investigating the relatedness of each kind of technical control ways, it sets up the mechanism of controlling technology negative effect and the integration function of the technical control.
