摘要
目的:比较酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)模型大鼠肝脏脂质(肝脂)及血脂等指标的异同。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、AFL组和NAFL组,10周造模成功,制备病理切片,测定各组血脂、酶学等指标,制备肝匀浆测定肝脏脂质含量。结果:NAFL组大鼠部分肝细胞内出现大小不等的脂滴,AFL组出现大泡状脂滴。与正常对照组比较,AFL组血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(BIL)及肝脏TG、TC显著升高(P<0.01);NAFL组血清TG、TC、LDL、BIL、ALT及肝脏TC水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义。AFL组与NAFL组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(-γGGT)指标与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。AFL组血清TG、AST及肝脏TG、TC显著高于NAFL组(P<0.01)。结论:相同的实验周期内,AFL模型大鼠血清TG及肝脏脂质升高比NAFL模型更显著。
Objective:To observe the difference of serum/hepatic bioehemicals between alcoholic fatty liver and nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats. Method: Wistar rats were divided into three groups in random :normal group, alcoholic group and nonalcoholic group, serum TG, TC, HDL, LDL, AST, ALT, γ-GGT, AL bumin, and total bilirubin (BIL) were tested, at the same time the hepatic homogenate was prepared and TG,TC were tested. Results: In AFL group, serum ALT, AST, LDL, TG, TC, BIL and hepatic TG, TC were higher than that of the normal group (P 〈0.01); in NAFL group, serum LDL, TG, TC, BIL, ALT, hepatic TC were higher than that of the normal group. Compare AFL group with NAFL group, serum TG, AST and hepatic TG, TC of the AFL group were higher than that of the NAFL group. Conclusion: In the same experiment period, serum TG and hepatic lipid of AFL group have obvious differences with that of the NAFL group .
