摘要
液压机械无级变速器的控制主要包括发动机的控制和液压系统的控制。介绍挖掘机上采用的液压机械无级变速器的变速原理,分析了遥控操作时,如何实现其速比的控制,以及如何实现发动机与液压系统的匹配。利用系统控制的传递函数,在Simulink环境下构建系统的模型。
The principle of the hydraulic machinery CVT used in the excavator, and how to realize the control for transmission in the remote control process were introduced. The control for the hydraulic machinery CVT includes the control of engine and the control of hydraulic system, and how to realize the match of the engine and hydraulic system were discussed. The model of the system was established in the Simulink environment through the transfer function of the control system.
