摘要
目的:建立复方蛋黄乳膏中VitB2的含量测定方法。方法:采用一阶导数分光光度法测定复方蛋黄乳膏中的VitB2含量,VitB2的检测波长范围为386-554 nm。结果:浓度范围为0.011 9-0.023 8 mg/ml,测定振幅D与浓度呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.999 2),回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.4%。结论:本法可消除其它组分的干扰,简便、易行、准确,适合医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method to determine content of VitB2 in the compound yolk emulsion by the first order derivative spectrophotometry. Methods: The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine content of VitB2 in the compound yolk emulsion. Results: The linear correlation coeffi- cient of the amplitude (D) at 386-554 nm with concentration of VitB2 in the compound yolk emulsion was 0. 999 2 in the range of 0. 011 9-0. 023 8 mg/ml,the average recovery of VitB2 was 99.41% (n =6), the relative standard deviation (RSD) of which was 0. 42%Conclusion: The interferences of the other components can be excluded by this method; which is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparation.
