摘要
介绍了基于数据库的工艺资源管理系统,该系统以PB为开发工具,以SQL Server为数据库管理系统,对工艺资源进行编码,并建立了相应的工艺基础数据库、工装工具库、工作中心、机床设备库等,阐述了工艺资源在工艺文件中的综合应用及报表的统计汇总工作。在网络和数据库的支持下,系统具有高度的集成性;同时,工艺的规范化和标准化贯穿在整个系统的应用过程中。
A management system of process planning resource based on database was introduced. The system takes PB as development tool and selects SQL Server as database. The system does coding for related process planning resource and creates databases for them, for example, basic process, fixtures, work center and tool machine equipments. The comprehensive application of process planning resource in the process planning and the statistics of different type of form were introduced. Supported by network and database, the system can easily integrate with other systems. The standardizes of process planning was considered in the whole system.
