摘要
"断杆法"应用于平面机构自由度的计算和判断,具有很强的通用性和实用性.在保持"断杆法"优势的基础上,继续对"断杆法"进行优化,使用通用变量,减少了自定义变量,得出一个更为简练的通用公式,此公式更具有一般性和实用性.在平面机构的基础上,又探索了"断杆法"在空间机构自由度计算中的应用,并证明它的可行性.
"Breakage of bar" method has been proved highly versatile and practical in calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms. This paper made an improvement to original "Breakage of bar" method while keeping the advantages of this method. In the new method, more universal variables are employed so as to reduce the number of user defined variables. So a simpler universal formula for "breakage of bar" method is obtained, which has more general and practical usage. Finally, we studied the application of this formula in calculating the degrees of freedom of spatial mechanisms.
