高校教学秘书是高等院校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,加强教学秘书素质建设,发挥其在构建和谐教学单位中的作用,可以促进教学单位教学及管理工作的规范、有序、高效开展。
College teaching secretarial work is the important part of college teaching management. To strengthen teaching secretary quality building and give a full play to their roles in building harmonious teaching unit will promote the standard, order and efficient development of teaching unit＇s teaching and management.
