摘要
针对国产引进型300MW汽轮机调节级喷嘴损坏进行深入分析,指出其主要原因是固体粒子腐蚀造成调节级喷嘴叶片减薄,在汽流冲击和高频振动作用下发生局部断裂脱落,并从运行、设计和检修方面提出防范措施。
In reaction to the problems of control stage damage of 300MW domestic introduced turbine, the key causes are solid particle 'erosion brings about the thinness of jet of control stage and it comes partly off under vapor stream impingement and the high-frequency vibration. Countermeasures should be brought forward from working, designing and repairing.
