摘要
为了提高凝汽器真空应达值预测的准确性和可靠性,提出了基于数据融合的凝汽器真空应达值软测量方法。首先对与凝汽器真空相关的测量数据进行数据融合,对融合后的数据进行相关的数据统计分析,在此基础上建立了凝汽器真空应达值的软测量模型。利用数据融合技术对多个软测量传感器的数据进行了处理,提高了软测量模型的准确性。仿真验证,建立的基于数据融合的凝汽器真空应达值软测量模型能够较好地预测实际凝汽器的真空应达值。
A soft sensing model for norm vacuum of condensor based on data fusion is proposed due to the enhancement of the accuracy and reliability. Initially, the original data relating to vacuum of condensor are undergone data fusion; then a soft sensing model for norm vacuum of condensor is set up based on the statics and theoretical analysis of the processed data. Besides, the application of data fusion to multiple soft sensors is present in order to improve the accuracy. Finally, the simulation proves the acceptable reflection behaviour of the proposed soft sensing model based on data fusion.
