摘要
利用ALGOR有限元软件对300MW汽轮机转子热应力变化进行有限元分析,通过对转子剖面温度变化的实时监测,确定了汽轮机转子的最大应力监测面,并对此监测面进行了分析。最后,从计算机的处理过程与计算结果中体现了ALGOR软件的优越性。
ALGOR software was used for the change of 300MW steam turbine rotor' s thermal - stress in finite element analysis. By monitoring the temperature's change of the cross section of the steam turbine rotor, determined the maximum thermal -stress monitor surface of steam turbine rotor, then this result of monitor surface was analyzed. Finally, it has manifested the ALGOR software' s superiority from the treating processes of computer and the calculated result.
