摘要
通过对脱轨双层客车实施吊复法救援所遇到的问题，分析了现有救援网络的能力，各型轨道起重机的适用范围，作业时的吊点位置。
Via problems in rescuing derailed double deck passenger cars by means of the lifting recovery method,the capacity of the existing rescuing network,the applicable ranges of various types of rail cranes,their lifting point positions during working are analysed,and damages on carbody which may be made during the lifting recovery work are evaluated.
