摘要
植物油或动物油脂经加氢处理得到的生物柴油被称为第二代生物柴油。本文采用Polaris Q GC/MS分析了大豆油及其深度加氢产物,以研究这类生物柴油组成及成因。结果表明试验用大豆油中脂肪酸以棕榈酸(C16∶0,8.6%)、亚油酸(C18∶2,52.1%)、油酸(C18∶1,33.1%)和硬脂酸(C18∶0,5.6%)为主。而加氢产物中检测到正构烷烃同系物,以正构十七烷烃和正构十八烷烃的含量最高,分别约为16.5%和18.5%,同时检测到少量烷基苯同系物等芳烃化合物。对产物中组分的形成机理进行了推测,在加氢处理过程中,伴随着芳构化、裂解等反应。
Second generation biodiesel refered to hydrotreated vegetable oils or animal fats. To study new concept biodiesel, hydrotreated products of soybean oil were investigated in the paper. Soybean oil es-terfied by KOH-CH3OH and hydrotreated product were analyzed by using Polaris Q GC/MS. The fatty acid in soybean oil had been determined with a main composition of hexadecanoic acid ( C16:0,8. 6% ),oc-tadecenoic acid ( C18.2,52. 1%), octadecenoic acid ( C18:1,33. 1%) and octadecanoic acid ( C18:0, 5.6%). N-paraffins with varies carbon atom number were detected in hydrotreated product, and the content of nC17-paraffin and nC18-paraffin were most abundant, 16.5% and 18.5% separately. Moreover, a few of compounds containing aromatic ring were also detected in product. The forming cause of components in hydrotreated product had been discussed. The hydro-genation processes accompany with other reactions, such as aromatization and cracking.
