重庆地区中华蟾蜍指名亚种肠道内三种异养鞭毛虫的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用Giemsa染色及活体观察方法,显示并描述了采自重庆北碚地区中华蟾蜍指名亚种Bufo gargarizans gargarizans肠道内的卵形后线虫Metanema ovula sp.nov.,切断沟滴虫Petalomonas abscissa(Dujardin,1841)Stein,1859和蛙毛线虫Trichomitus batrachorum(Perty,1852)等3种异养鞭毛虫的形态及其鞭毛、核器等结构的特征。 Three species of heterotrophic flagellates ( Eugtenida, Trichomondida ), which habit in the intestine of the toad, Bufo gargarizans gargarizans, found from Chongqing of China, were described Metanema ovula sp. nov. , Petalomonas absdssa ( Dujardin, 1841 ) Stein, 1859 and Trichomitus batrachorum (Perty, 1852). Based on observations under a compound microscope equipped with differential interference contrast (DIC) both in vivo and impregnation using Giemsa's stain, detailed descriptions of morphology for new spedes are presented.Metanema ovula sp. nov. (Figs. 1-2, 7, 10) Type-locality. Chongqing (29°5'N, 106°5'E),China. Date of sampling. Apr. 2006. Type-deposition. Holotype ( CQ-20060401-01 ) and paratype (CQ-20060402-02) are deposited in the collection of The Key Laboratory of Animal Biology in Chongqing, Chongqing Normal University, China. The diagnosis of Metanema ovula sp. nov. (Number of measured specimens: 24): body is oval or spindly with smooth peUicle in shape; the shape of the body is immutable; there is no concave of the ventral. Measures of body are 13.6μm (11.2-20.0) in length, 8.8 μm (7.5-10.5) in width, flagellum 21.3μm (14.3-23.9) long.
