摘要
目的探讨腹股沟疝传统修补和无张力修补手术的术后临床表现、并发症、复发对比。方法回顾分析88例传统疝修补术(Ⅰ组)与81例疝环填充式疝修补术(Ⅱ组)的病例资料。结果传统手术组术后局部疼痛、阴囊水肿术后1年复发情况均明显高于无张力修补组。结论疝环填充式疝修补术更符合人体解剖及生理特点,具有手术操作简单,术后恢复快、住院时间短、复发率低的优点。
Objective After discussion inguinal hernia tradition patching and unstressing patching surgery＇s technique, clinical manifestation, complication, recrudescence contrast. Methods The review analyzes 88 example tradition hernia plastic operation （ Ⅰ group） and 81 example hernia link packing type hernia plastic operation （ Ⅱ group） case material. Results After traditional surgery group technique, the local pain, the scrotum dropsy tech- nique latter 1 year recrudescence situation obviously is higher than the unstressing patching group. Conclusion The hernia link packing type hernia plastic operation conforms to the human anatomy and the physiological characteristic, has the surgery simplicity of operator. After the technique, restores quickly,in hospital time is short, recurrence rate low merit.
