摘要
随着中国经济的发展和水上货物运输的增加,港口、桥梁等大型水工作业逐年增加,参加工程建设的水工船舶也日益增多。有效监管水工作业船舶,对维护水上安全形势,保护良好的通航环境,构建和谐社会至关重要。探讨做好水工作业船舶监管工作的措施,以推动水上工程的建设和发展。
With the development of China＇s economy and the increase of cargo transportation on water, large-scale hydraulic engineering such as port engineering and bridge engineering is increasing year by year, and the amount of workboats for hydraulic engineering is increasing correspondingly. The effective supervision and management of the workboats plays a significant role for maintaining the safety situation, protecting favorable navigation environment and constructing a harmonious society. In this paper, the ways of doing well the supervision and management of waterborne operating boats for hydraulic engineering are discussed to promote the construction and development of waterborne engineering.
