摘要
可控震源发动机是高负荷、高速柴油机,经过一段时间的使用后,发动机缸套常出现气蚀现象。本文分析了震源发动机缸套气蚀的原因,阐述了柴油机冷却系统的原理,介绍了防冻液应具备的性能、常用防冻液的种类和组成,以及冷却液添加剂的使用和检测方法。
The engine of vibroseis is high load and high-speed diesel engine, and cavitation erosion often occurs in cylinder cap of engine after some periods of usage. The paper analyzed the reason that cylinder cap in engine of vibroseis produces cavitation erosion, expounded the principle of cooling system of diesel engine and introduced the property of anti-icing fluid, category and composition of anti-icing fluid as well as the usage and checkout method of additive in coolant liquid.
