摘要
国内传统零售业库存管理方式存在一定的局限性和缺陷,制约了国内零售企业的发展。提出了我国零售业库存管理的运作模式,分析了该模式在我国零售企业中的运作效益,并对国内一家零售企业进行了实证分析。研究目的是通过此模式的提出对我国零售业的发展起到推动作用。
Some limitations and flaws lie in the traditional retailing inventory management means,which has constrained the develop- ment of the domestic retail enterprises.The paper proposed the operation mode of China＇s retailing inventory management, analyzed the operational effectiveness of the mode applied in China＇s retail enterprises and made the empirical analysis about a domestic retail enterprise according to this mode.The purpose is to promote the development of China＇s retailing using this nvw proposed mode.
