摘要
介绍采用STC89LE54单片机控制8路逻辑信号电平采集的简易逻辑分析仪设计.采用EPM7128SLC84 -15控制系统实现一个数字信号发生器可预置8路信号工作,单片机和EPM7128SLC84-15间采用中断方式交换数据.采集电路以5 kbit每秒的速率同时对8路逻辑信号进行采样.逻辑信号门限电压通过键盘任意设定信号采集的触发等级、触发条件、触发位置由键盘设定.采集存储的8路信号可以同时清晰稳定地在示波器再现.
The paper introduces the design of the simple logic analyser which acquisition of 8 routes signal level is controled through STC89LE54 Singlechip . The control system through EPM7128SLC84-15 to realizes a digital waveform generators scheduled 8 routes signal, it is through the suspended means to exchange data between singlechip and EPM7128SLC84-15 . 5kbit/s real-time sample rate of the acquisition circuit is faced to the 8 routes logic signal in the meantime. Threshold voltage of logic signal is set arbitrarily by keybord ;trigger rank, trigger condition and trigger location are set by keybord. 8 routes signal sampled and registered can be reshowed clearly on the oscilloscopes in the meantime.
