摘要
以国内外10个苜蓿品种为试验材料,测定不同时间、不同品种根部可溶性糖含量动态变化,研究其对抗寒能力的影响。并结合越冬率分析10个苜蓿品种抗寒能力的强弱:草原二号和龙牧803为高抗寒品种;敖汉苜蓿、肇东苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿、金皇后和润布勒苜蓿为中等抗寒品种;德宝和爱菲尼特为低抗寒品种;而Euver苜蓿抗寒能力最差,为极低抗寒品种。
In this study, we determinated the dynamic change of soluble sugar in 10 different varieties of alfalfa's root which were obtained at different time, and studied its effect on cold resistance of alfalfa, then analyzed the cold-resistance ability of the 10 varieties of alfalfa with soluble sugar'and over-wintering rate. The result showed that Caoyuan No.2 and Longmu 803 are high-cold resistance varieties; Aohan Alfalfa, Zhaodong Alfalfa, Zhungeer Alfalfa, Gold Empress and Rambler Alfalfa are middle-cold resistance varieties; Derby and Affinity are low- cold resistance varieties; and the cold-resistance ability of Euver Alfalfa is the lowest one, it is a extremely low- cold resistance varieties.
