激光磨削后^(32)P敷贴治疗面部痤疮瘢痕42例 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨激光磨削后32P敷贴对面部痤疮瘢痕的治疗效果。方法采用激光机去除瘢痕组织,再进行激光磨削,而后将32P-磷酸氢盐溶液均匀滴在滤纸上,烘干后制成32P敷贴器,贴于病损灶行放射治疗。结果42例男性面部痤疮瘢痕疙瘩患者经综合治疗后痊愈34例(80.9%),有效7例(16.7%),复发1例(2.4%),总有效率97.6%。结论激光磨削后32P敷贴是治疗痤疮瘢痕的有效方法。
