汽油机进气道及缸内气体流动试验研究与数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用中国第一汽车集团公司技术中心自行研制开发的滚流试验台,采用AVL气道流通特性评价法则测量了某汽油机进气道的滚流比和流量系数。应用计算流体力学仿真软件STAR-CD,采用有限容积法对该汽油机进气过程进行了数值模拟计算。模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,因此在模拟分析的基础上提出了改进措施。模拟结果表明,加装合适的副气道可达到提高滚流强度而不损失流量系数的目的。 Based on the flow test bench developed by FAW Group Corporation R&D Center,the flow ratio and flux coefficient of a gasoline engine intake port were measured by using AVL intake port characteristic evaluation method.The numerical simulation of intake process was done by using CFD software STAR-CD and finite capacity method.The simulation and experiment results were approximately identical,and the improvement methods were presented on the basis of simulation.The simulation results show that the appropriate add of sub-intake port can improve flow intensity,without losing the flux coefficient.
