摘要
该文探讨了超声波探伤仪的发展现状,在深入研究USB2.0通信协议的基础上,采用支持USB2.0协议的EZ-USB FX2微处理器,设计了一套超声波探伤仪数据采集系统,详细阐述了该系统的软硬件设计方案和开发方法;使用USB2.0总线传输探伤数据,为超声波探伤仪设备与PC机之间的通信提供了新的途径。
The development of the ultrasonic flaw detector is discussed in this paper. Based on the deep research of USB2.0 communication protocol,this paper designs the ultrasonic flaw detector data acquisition system,and used EZ-USB FX2 microchips which support USB 2.0 protocol. This paper expounds the software and hardware design scheme in detail,and the developing method of the system. That using USB bus to transfer data blazed a new way in communication between the ultrasonic flaw detector and the computer.
