摘要
为了确定VP6基因是否已整合到烟草的基因组中,通过PCR-Southern、Dot-Blot和Western-Blot方法检测转基因烟草,结果表明,VP6基因已经成功地转化到烟草中。
In order to determine whether VP6 gene has been combined in transgenic tobacco genome, transgenic tobaccos were analyzed by PCR-Southern,Dot-Blot and Western-Blot and the results showed that VP6 gene has been successfully transformed into tobaccos.
