新型头发角蛋白载体缓释尿素肥料研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用氧化后的头发角蛋白粉末作为载体,制备了缓释尿素肥料。用土柱淋溶试验考察了模压压强、模压温度、尿素含量和角蛋白氧化时间对头发角蛋白载体缓释尿素肥料淋溶速率的影响,并与商业化的缓释肥料Luxecote和SCU的淋溶速率进行了对比。结果表明,淋溶10次后,头发角蛋白载体缓释尿素的累积释放分率在18%~69%,Luxecote和SCU淋溶10次的累积释放分率分别为41.28%和18.01%,头发角蛋白载体缓释尿素肥料的淋溶速率与商业缓释肥料相当。淋溶试验表明,随模压压强的增大,尿素的淋溶速率显著降低。随模压温度的升高,尿素淋溶速率稍有降低。随缓释肥料中尿素含量的增加,其淋溶速率明显升高。角蛋白的氧化时间越长,尿素的淋溶速率越快。 Slow-release fertilizer was made with hair keratin carrier. The effects of moulding pressure ,temperature, urea content and oxidation time of keratin on urea leaching rate were investigated by means of soil column eluviation experiment. The cumulative leaching ratio of keratin carrier slow-release fertilizer was between 18%- 69%, which was comparable to that of commercial slow-release fertilizer Luxecote and SCU. The experiment results also showed that urea leaching ratio decreased dramatically with increasing moulding pressure. Higher temperature decreased the leaching ratio. With the increase of urea content, the leaching rate increased. Longer oxidation time of hair resulted in less leaching rate.
