摘要
从接班人的角度出发以企业家子女为调查对象,运用因子分析得出影响企业主子女接班意愿的六大因素,并在此基础上通过多元线性回归模型分析最终确定惟有企业主子女的企业内部职业志趣(F1)对接班意愿产生显著性正相关影响。另外运用方差分析发现企业资产与员工人数等背景变量也对子女接班的意愿产生显著性影响。
This paper stands on a successor's point of view, based on the data obtained from the survey of the second successor, and probes six factors which affect the succession of family business. It has proved by Multiple Linear Regression that just one factor of "professional interest in family business( F1 ) " affect the succession of family business with intra - class correlation under parental conscious train, and the capital and employee of enterprises also influenced it markedly by the One -way ANOVA.
