摘要
随着经济的发展,企业导致的污染问题日益受到公众的关注。如果企业只关心经济效益,不注重生态效益,有可能受到罚款或者消费者抵制,甚至有可能导致政府的强行关闭。文章尝试就企业生态效益与其生存正当性之间关系进行探讨,以期为面临日渐提高的生态要求的国内企业提供参考。
With the development of economy, pollution problems caused by corporations are arresting public attention. If a corporation only pays attention to its economic-efficiency but not to ecological-efficiency, it will be fined or be rejected by consumers, moreover, it would be closedown by the government. This paper analyzes the relation between corporation eco-efficiency and survival legitimate in order to provide useful information for the development of domestic corporations which are facing higher ecological demands than before.
