摘要
当前,对离岸金融监管的基本问题与监管政策的探讨很有必要。文章分析了我国离岸金融监管的基本问题,如监管的主体、监管的原则、监管目标、监管内容和特点等。在结合我国国情与国际监管经验上,文章提出要创造有利于政策实施的良好环境,并从账户管理、市场准入管理、风险管理等几方面提出具体的政策建议。
At present, it is necessary to discuss offshore finance supervision and supervision policies. This paper mainly studies the key issues of offshore supervision in China such as the supervisors, supervision principles, and supervision objectives. Based on China＇s situation and the international experience, this paper also proposes to improve the supervision environment for the implementation of policies, and finally policy suggestions on account management, market accession management and risk management is introduced.
