摘要
社会资本是影响金融发展的一种重要的非正式机制。社会资本通过社会关系网络、人际之间的信任和互惠规范等方面,增强人们之间的合作关系,减少机会主义倾向,降低交易成本,促进金融和经济发展。社会资本对金融发展的影响主要表现在对金融发展水平的影响、对非正规金融或民间信用的影响及社会资本在微型金融发展和关系融资中的作用等方面。
Social capital is an important informal mechanism which influences the financial development. Through social network, people＇s trust and the mutual rules, social capital can enforce cooperate relations of people, reduce the opportunism and the cost of trade in order to promote the development of finance and economy. The influences of social capital on the financial development are mainly reflected in the level of the development of finance, the impact on the informal finance and nongovernmental credit, and the functions of social capital in the micro-financial develooment and financing.
