摘要
文章介绍了中国早期五部带有保险内容的法律,简要分析了其内容,并指出清政府以至近代历届政府都试图对保险业进行规范和管理,但由于种种原因皆归于无效。
This paper introduces the early five laws of insurance articles, and then points out that from the Qing dynasty to modern time, the governments all tried to standard and supervise the insurance industry, but failed due to many reasons.
