摘要
目的:建立化痰止咳糖浆的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的麻黄、陈皮进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量,色谱柱为C18 Diamonsil(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10:90)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为207nm。结果:在TLC色谱中均能鉴别出麻黄、陈皮;盐酸麻黄碱在0.0525—0.4725μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为98.32%,RSD=0.40%。结论:该法准确、专属性和重现性好且快速简便,可用于该制剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Huatanzhike Syrup. Methods: TLC was adopted for the quality identification of Herba Ephedrae and Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae in the products of Huatanzhike Syrup. The ephedrine hydroecloride in the syrup was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was C18 Diamonsil (4.6mm ×200mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (10:90) with a flow rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1. the detecting wavelength was at 207nm. Results: Herba Ephedrae and Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae can be identified by TLC. The ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 0.052 5 -- 0. 472 5 μg (r =0. 999 3) . The average recovery was 98.32%, RSD was 0.40%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Huatanzhike Syrup.
