摘要
目的:从天冬中提取多糖并测定其含量。方法:水提醇沉法提取多糖,硫酸-蒽酮法测定天冬多糖含量。结果:测得天冬中多糖含量较高,平均回收率100.26%,RSD=1.61%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确,回收率高,可用于天冬药材的质量控制。
Objective： To extract and detect polysaccharides from Radix Asparagi. Methods： Polysaccharides were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol deposition, the content was determined by the method of anthrone sulphuric acid. Results： The content of polysaccharides in Radix Asparagi was higher, the average recovery was 100. 26%, RSD = 1.61% （n =6） . Conclusion： The method of content determination is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, it is suitable for the quality control of Radix Asparagi.
