摘要
介绍了分布式测试系统的工作原理,分析了分布式自动测试系统设计的主要问题,并且结合应用实例,重点介绍了采用客户机/服务器方式和 VXI 仪器的分布式自动测试系统。
This paper introduces the working principle and distributed test system, analyies design major problems of this system,and presents the distributed system with cli- ent/sever structure and VXI instruments with regard to a practical application in our la- boratory in focal point.
