摘要
从二硝基甲苯(DNT)催化加氢、甲苯二胺(TDA)分离精制、过程集成与强化等方面介绍了TDA生产技术进展,评述了我国TDA技术与国外存在的差距,指出了今后我国TDA技术应大力提高单套装置的生产规模,并利用过程技术对生产流程进行能量质量集成,以达到节能减排、安全环保、连续稳定生产的目的。
The development of manufacture technology for toluene diamine (TDA) was overviewed, which was classified into catalytic hydrogenation, TDA purification, process integration and intensification technology according to the production process. The differences of technology and production between domestic and foreign countries were discussed. At last the developing trends of the domestic TDA technology were pointed out, which was the capacity of the single TDA production process should be increased, and the advanced crafts should be developed including energy-saving, waste-reducing, environment protect and the process should be safety, continuous and steady.
