MITK是一个集成化的医学影像处理与分析C++类库的软件包。在VC++6.0环境下运用MITK,对腹部CT图像进行Sobel算子边缘检测,同时对如何用MITK算法平台开发医学图像处理软件进行探讨,为下一步利用MITK算法平台进行医学图像分割、配准和可视化等开发打下基础,。
MITK is an integrated software package for medical image process and analysis with C＋＋ class libraries. A sohel edge detection on CT image of belly is conducted by using MITK under the VC ＋＋6.0 environment, which builds hope that the medical image process software could he developed with MITK platform.
