摘要
某210 MW循环流化床锅炉1号中压给水管道存在明显振动,通过现场勘查、测量分析,认为管道水平方向刚度偏低、缺少有效的限位约束、支吊架状态异常是引起管道振动的主要原因。在管系模态分析、应力计算的基础上制定了振动治理方案,实施后管道振动明显降低,一、二次应力合格,管道对端点设备的推力和力矩均在许可范围内,振动治理达到了预期效果。
Obvious vibration existed on medium pressure feed - water pipeline no. 1 of one 210 MW CFB boiler. Through survey measurement and analysis in the field, it is believed that the main causes resulting in the pipeline vibration are as follows., low stiffness along horizontal direction of the pipeline;shortage of the effective position - limiting constraint t and abnormal state of the support - and -hanger. On the basis of mode analysis and stress calculation for the tubulature, a vibration elimination scheme has been worked out. After implementation of the said scheme, pipeline vibration is substantially reduced, the primary and secondary stress being up to standard, the thrust and moment of force applied by the pipeline onto the end equipments all are within the allowable range, vibration elimination achieving the desired result.
