摘要
连州发电厂1号机组2001年大修后汽轮机低压胀差变化很大。通过对运行工况的分析,发现低压胀差变化与负荷、凝汽器真空、轴封压力存在比较明显的关系:低压胀差随凝汽器真空升高而增大,随真空的降低而减少;低压胀差随负荷升高而减少,随负荷的降低而增大。对胀差测量回路的检查和1号机组大修检查发现低压缸轴封处中分面吹损严重,分析认定低压缸轴封处中分面向低压转子末级漏汽,加热低压转子是造成1号机组正常运行中胀差异常的主要原因。对此,采取了确保低压缸水平结合面严密不漏汽等措施,使胀差达到正常值。
After major repair in 2001, the low- pressure differential expansion of unit no. 1 in Lianzhou Power Plant has awfully changed,Through analysis of the operating conditions,it has been discovered that the comparetively obvious relation is existing between the variation of low- pressure differential expansion(LPDE)and the load, the vacuum in condenser, and the gland seal pressure. The LPDE increases along with the increase of vacuum in conderser,and decreases with the reduce of vacuum in condenser;the LPDE decreases along with the increase of load, and increases with the reduce of load. Through inspection of the differential expansion measuring circuit and inspection in major repair,it has been discovered that the centreline surface of low- pressure cylingder near the gland seal being damaged by steam blowing. It is believed from analysis that the cause leading to abnormal differential expansion in normal operation of unit no. 1 is the steam leakage from the centre - line surface of low - pressure cylinder near the gland seal into final stage of the low-pressure rotor. For this,corresponding solving measures have been taken,making the differential expansion achieving the normal value.
